Walked up Pinner Hill with Ruth and Ellie this afternoon... it was amazing, I felt great and they were huffing an puffing a little and a comment from Ellie made me laugh out loud (that is the old fashioned way of saying it kids), she said to Ruth.... "Beth could be our trainer!" I'm still laughing, it really tickled me.
